PMDG had indicated that the entire sound package was going to be re-done. Does anyone have any idea when it will be available?Mike

Lee Barber,There was a discussion a few months ago where PMDG recognized there were some sound problems (balance, etc...). If my memory serves me correctly, it was said that "it is a recognized problem..." and that they "were working on it..."Tom

I remember this too, I even think some guy which seemed to have great knowledge of sounds tested the sound files in some kind of program and found that they indeed were corrupt in some way. Guess that thread could be found if it hasn't been deleted...I also found a couple of other sound-related issues which it has also been very silent about from PMDG's side but let us hope everything will be fixed eventually.
