October 30, 200619 yr I have all my purchasing information and I am able to log into my PM account. BUT, entering into the installation program, the pertinent data, required gives 'no joy'.Any ideas? I sent email to PM but haven't heard back yet. This is a new computer. Also I am not sure if my ip address has changed since last install.

I don't have these kinds of problems with Microsoft's O/S's or applications, or any other applications that I have.Their install procedure should allow installation for a period of time so as to illiminate these unnecessary situations.
