I never sent an e-mail to PMDG support

Christian,You don't need to buy the plane again, however if you lost the installation file you will need to pay for our redownload service to get the installer back... always back up your FS addon installers to CD or DVD.

I have all my MSFS installation files on three different computers and on DVD! :)
