Claus,If you're not getting an automatic response it likely means your ISP is blocking emails from us thinking they're spam. If possible, send us another email from a free email service such as Gmail.

...done meanwhile - problems solved.So, everybody should use google-mail for contacting support. I did it and had the response in hands just 20 hours later...:-)...
