Is the view available on any site? I've asked to have it emailed to me, with no [email protected]

And there we go again, yes, another reguest for the landig view. I'm not allowed to login on the ftp so not able to download it.So, if someone finds some time to send the file to [email protected] then someone is making this guy overhere in Amsterdam a very happy man!Regards,Lennart

I know. This nonsense with private FTP and e-mailing the file around is ridiculous. Anonymous login is NOT allowed. This is what I got this morning:421- Anonymous access not allowed.No Anonymous logins are allowed at this timeFor all the time and effort involved in e-mailing this file around and explaining a bunk anonymous FTP login, one could have uploaded this to AVSIM 30 times over. Someone wake me when it's actually available to download. *yawn*

Hey guys, stop shooting at him because you cannot download the view, just be patient.The reasons why it cannot be uploaded are copyright reasons, I can't tell you exactly why, you should ask pgeddes directly. He should be able to explain you the exact reasons ...He is doing a great job so don't discourage him with you impatience ... just wait :)Best regards,Guillaume

Instead of whinging about a lack of download try using that energy to a more positive advantage and read other threads here, you may find something to your advantage, as solicitors say ;-)BTW This is not directed at Lennart alone but all those complainers.

To all the complainers:I understand your frustration. I have been away from my computer this weekend, and too have been frustrated with the ridiculously inconsistent and slow connection that my university "T3" is providing me. I am almost certain they are capping my uploads.If you have not yet posted your email addresses in this thread, please do so here... reply to this message only, to avoid confusion! I will collect a list of email addresses and send these files out to those who cannot access my FTP. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. I assure you that it is just as frustrating for me!My reasons for not posting these files on avsim.com are, of course, do to certain copyright concerns.
