Thank you to all who joined us flying around the world on our charityflight for the Herbie charity (Toronto Sick Kids organization which I believe flies sick kids to Toronto for treatment).Thank you Wade, Eric, Laurent and Pedro for a fantastic package. I learned a ton of new things about PIC767 from the pros (Ryan, Rob, 1/4 mile Bill, Haroon and others) and after a few days of back to work sanity may fire up my flight simulator again =)For now I have to get back to Ottawa (I'm in Rob Hall's great hotel in Markham), do my dishes I didn't get done on Wednesday morning (not looking forward to that) and if time permits schedule some katana flights for the week.... woohoo!Again, many thanks. We raised approximately $1000 Canadian dollars for the charity.Dan PergauClose to CYKZ, temporarily.

Dan et al,Had fun on Saturday with you guys. The set up at the hotel was great. I also enjoyed the Tokyo to Alaska flight.Great Job,LawrieLawrie MannVatsim Callsign: TELCO1

At this time, Dan is loitering in my lobby waiting for Capitan Haroon to pick him up..."release the hounds"I can't believe we actually made it around the world and landed almost on time...unlike the real thing ;-) What an experience. When I have a chance, I will write about my virtual check ride on Saturday with a real 767 pilot...no, I was not nervous at all, eh Haroon? ;-)Rob.

Wow, what a great ride. I tried to spend a little time with family after landing back in Toronto but faded pretty fast. So, I went to bed and slept for 14 straight hours. Thanks to everyone who supported us!

Mike - check you charter e-mail - I sent a longer one to your home.

home now... zzzzzzzz =)

Who's Dan H?I learned far too much about Daryl this weekend, and saw far too much of Rob ... captured on digital imagery and hopefully destroyed by now.

I met up with the Charity Flight boys at VHHH and did the routes from there to CYYZ.Despite sleeping past my arrival at PANC I had a fantasic time. It's always a pleasure flying with you guys!Great cause, great fun!!

Nice screen shots! Wasn't that a peach of an airport? The ILS approach on the way in and SID on the way out were fantastic for getting a good look at it all. Great to have you join us.DShut, Murf, and I, all took a bit of a shortcut when leaving and bypassed the next stop going straight through to Anchorage to get some badly needed rest that night. But it was great to see you join the group headed to Tokyo.

Hey, you are welcome! I wish I could have been there. The next time I'm in Ottawa we all really have to get together to bend some elbow.Cheers,Wade

"Wasn't that a peach of an airport?"I second that, Mike... having been a regular visitor to the real RJBB (an ex-girlfriend lived there ;-)). Brought back fond memories. I recommend flying there before it sinks back into the ocean (I hear that the artificial island is sinking a few cm each year). The locals are very friendly/helpful (not quite as formal/B&W as the folks from Tokyo).BTW, thanks for taking time out to talk to the Aussie Worldflight 2002 team... much appreciated (We were desperately in need of some mental stimulation on those long night flights).Cheeeers.Ian.P.S. Not sure whether I'm still jetlagged... or still hung over from all that beer :-hah

I hope I am speaking for everybody, right? lolBest,Haroon
