Cannot Login or reregister in Level_D Forums

Featured Replies

Hi, I have been a registered member of the forums since purchasing the Level D software in February. All of a sudden I can no longer login to the forums. I tried getting a new password and that did not work so I am writing you to try and get this sorted out. I have not been active as far as posting and participating in the forum and maybe I have been removed, but I check the forums everyday and am active in that sense. Being a registered member (customer) I would and should have full access to the forums iregardless of participation. I find these forums very helpfull in my understanding of this fine product and I am respectfully requesting continued access to the forums. Your help is greatly appreciated as I have some technical questions regarding the Level-D product. I've already tried the forum support e-mail to no avail. So, this is my only means of contacting and getting this issue cleared up.Best Regards,Tom

Thank for the reply. sorry for the tone, but I don't think anyone understands my problem here. I already tried and it said I have to register. But that is the point. As long as I have an active account I cannot register a second time using my current e-mail. Besides, why would I want to post in the general forum if I'm a registered owner of the product. I want to post/view posts in the registered forums. All I ask is for someone to help me out with my problem at hand. That is, I am currently registered and was able to view posts in all the blocked forums up until say, last week. I just want the adminstrator or whoever, to allow me to re-register or hit some magic button to let me back into the forums.Best Regards

You have done this, yes?As most of you may know, the technical support (Licensed Member) area will be for purchasers, and the general area for everyone. To enter the "Licensed Member" area, you will need to simply follow the instructions on the page below.http://www.leveldsim.com/forumreg.htmhttp://www.pic767flyingclub.com/siggies/ds.jpg

All I ask>is for someone to help me out with my problem at hand. Because, for one thing, that is where Flight1's people can read about your problem...

FOR ANOTHER THING! I am well aware of that..... One more time now! The whole point here is I CANNOT EVEN POST ON THE GENERAL FORUM BECAUSE I ALREADY HAVE A FORUM ACCOUNT SETUP. I cannot login to the forums anymore and until I am able to login I will not be able to post on either forum. I cannot REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT BECAUSE IT TELLS ME THAT MY E-MAIL IS ALREADY BEING USED IN THE FORUM.Regards.........

So sorry if I offended you, Tom. I was going by your statement, "why would I want to post in the general forum if I'm a registered owner of the product. I want to post/view posts in the registered forums". How would YOU have interpreted that?I'll bow out of this one...

No Bob....no problem...I'm by no means offended. I truthfully do appreciate your feedback and help. I'm the one who should appologize. How would I have taken that? In hindsight I would have thought I was a stuff shirt, with a pickle up his rear type...LOL! What I meant to say, which is not the way it was taken, was that when I was able to view the forums I would look at only the "Support" areas for my LDS fix for the day and maybe have a glance at the "General" forum. I meant no disrespect to anyone who read or posted to the General forums, which is how it might have been interpreted as well. Anyhow, sorry for the comments that I obviously made without any forthought. The Level-D forums, both support and general really are usefull and valuable for both the incumbent as well as the prospective owner. BTW I did not realize you were involved with Meridian Airlines. That was one of the VA's that was around when I first started simming a few years back. I seriously considered joining. Loved the website, aircraft models and paints, and panels that you provided. I might take another look around. I belong to a few VA's right now and it's so hard to keep up. I would like to just stick to 1 or 2. I see the VA quite often on Vatsim. It's a small world. Anyway thanks again for your help. It's much appreciated.Regards,Tom
