Like some others, I'm unable to get back into the official Level-D forum. I accidently blew the file that contained the user name/password files out of this machine. I've tried every combo I can think of and no joy.I also tried to register as a new user, but, I'm blocked because the system recognizes my email address as "another user" (me). Can anyone help me out here???GNair

Took me a couple of months........... might try getting another email address like a hotmail one or gmail etc. You have to go through the vendor and their support or lack of it is terrible,

You are incorrect, sir. The Flight1 support team is available and willing to assist any requests. There is an automated system here http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=service for various issues. If you need to access the forums and have lost/forgot your username/password, submit and ticket and explain the issue: http://www.flight1.com/ticket.aspIf you forgot/lost your username and password for the forums, is that Flight1's fault?Daryl ShuttleworthLevel-D SimulationsSupport & Documentation

I want to affirm Daryl's statement - support from Flight 1 and LDS is excellent, and I'm just a customer with no other affiliation.Cheers,Mark
