January 5, 200818 yr Commercial Member I am not Dwight, and I am not Duane, but hopefully I can help. This forum at AVSIM a users support forum for the PIC767, not the Level-D 767. Level-D Simulations offers support to owners of Level-D Simulations software FREE OF CHARGE, but you need to REGISTER for the service. Support for the Level-D Simulations 767 for FSX and FS9 is available for licensed, registered users at http://leveldsim.com/forums.The instructions to register for support are simple. See here: http://www.leveldsim.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=64&PN=1Your assertion that registered users will not be able to access the forums is inaccurate. If you are having issues accessing the support forums, you can submit a ticket at Flight1 http://www.flight1.com/ticket.asp and explain what you are trying to do and what you have done to get access to the forum. If Flight1 does not respond to you in a timely manner, send a private message to Steve Halpern or DShutt (Daryl, not Duane or Dwight) at the Level-D Simulations forum. As for information about the FSX SP2 and the 767, go to the GENERAL FORUM at http://leveldsim.com/forums and post your question.Daryl ShuttleworthLevel-D SimulationsSupport & Documentation The SUPPORT FORUM for Level-D Simulations products: http://www.leveldsim.com/forums

January 24, 200818 yr >Personally, I would rather see Dwight or Duane or whomever>spend more time helping the paying customers gain access>rather than constantly policing this "un-official" forum by>directing you to a forum you cant even access. As much as I appreciate your frustration and hope you get the issue resolved I have to admit that this post gave me one of the biggest laughs I have had this year!Graham
February 3, 200818 yr Your right there Graham. I am still laughing about it. Looks like Daryl has a new nickname.JimCYWG
