on my 40GB HD, FS2002 takes up 7.77GB, with 41,565 Files, with 2030 folders! WOW, i downloaded alot of stuff ina year and a Half, with my 56K dial up modem! LOL, MIKE-:)

Too darn much

32.7GB, 209,508 files, 8,321 folders and my backup folders (CFS2, FS2000, and a special FS2002 build folder) are another 6.1GB on top of that.Like most, I've downloaded all of that with a 56K dial-up modem too!Bear!

Here ya go...FS2002 folder total 10.9 GB (11,728,772,161 bytes) without and 6.83 GB (7,334,256,707 bytes) with NTFS file compression57,663 files, 3,154 foldersMy temporary folder for downloaded add-ons currently has 2.07 gigs. However, I'm gonna burn them to CD tonight or later this week, and subsequently delete the installers from the HD. I also have at least three or four CDs with downloaded add-ons stored away for backup.

My god you guys have alot of stuff lol! :) and some of you did it with 56k its amazing :D

Addition: that's of course only what's currently being used...The stuff I've backed up to CDs is taking up about 10 CDRs by now, and the stuff I have downloaded but not yet backed up is another 3GB or so.A lot of that will never be used again, but you never know :-)And yes, I do regularly cull things I don't use any longer. Especially my aircraft folder gets cleaned out about once a month (which probably means it would have been several GB more if I hadn't).

FS2002 dir: 9.70GB (10 417 283 072 bytes)116 290 files in 2 554 foldersFS2002 download dir: 3.39GB (3 650 437 120 bytes)3 771 files in 220 foldersTotal FS2002 related:~13.10GB (14 067720 192 bytes)+120 061 files in 2774 folders++ means that there might be even more dirs and files that I have included in this count ;)

One external 40 gig where FS2002Pro is taking up 14GB with 90,000 files and 3000 folders. Does this tell you how much of an obsession I have for downloading! But there's sooo much good stuff out there.Mike
