Damian,E-matrix is costing you sales. I have used the net many,many times to purchase software. When there's an omission, the reason is clear. E-matrix simply tells you that there's an error and it cannot process the order. Well, how many times does one need to recheck for accuracy, and why does e-matrix not provide a sample of what not to enter( spaces, etc.). I hope I am the only one, but I suspect I am not. tony

I can't figure out how this product gets' purchased! Clicking on Purshase just takes you to the product main page, in an endless loop, there is no purchase page. It still shows as in beta. Yet, obviously some have been successful.What's up?Thanks.

Guys, If your having download problems go to Simflight and buy it there. I screwed around all night trying to buy it from Emetrix. I kept getting a mesg that my information was invald regardless of which credit card I was using. I ordered it from Simflight and already downloaded it.LaterChris G

Thanks Chris,wasn't aware that it was available from Simflight, but there isn't much point in paying twice for the same item. Hopefully the situation will rectify itself sooner or later.I know now that when I see eMetrix on a purchase site, I will steer clear of them. Its not worth the hassle. David
