September 6, 200322 yr I loaded up wxRE and FS9 today to check out the hurricane in Bermuda. For some reason, wxRE is detecting the active wx station at KHSE, which is 570nm from Bermuda, so I was getting weather from N. Carolina. TXKF (Bermuda) has a weather station and I was able to retrieve metar and taf reports, but wxRE isn't seeing things my way on this ;) I assume I have a setting or two wrong. Can you advise how I might get it to detect the correct wx station?KP
September 6, 200322 yr Commercial Member Hi Ken,You can add the TXKF station to the icao.txt file, you just need the Lat, Lon and elevation which you can get from FS (just go there and observe shift-Z)... Hope that helps!-Damian

Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation SoftwareDeveloper of ActiveSkyThe next-generation weather environment simulation for FS2002!http://hifi.avsim.net/activeskyhttp://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg]
[/table://http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/ima...
[/table Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies

September 6, 200322 yr I to been unsuccessfully trying to track this Hurricane, Never noticed that weather was coming from North Caralina. Assumed that AS would know I'm in Burmuta. Is there a updated ICAO text file with all weather reporting stations or is there some web site to goto and copy them in???Bill M Bill McIntyre Asus StrixB650E-F Gamer, AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D, Corsair Titanium DDR5 64GB, Samsung 990 PRO-4TB M.2, (4) 2TB SSD's, Corsair H1150i liquid cooler, RTX 2080TI Founders Edition, (2) LG 34" HD Curved Monitor, Sound Blaster Audigy X, 1Kw PC Power & Cooling Power Supply, Corsair Obsidian Full tower Case. September 6, 200322 yr Author You can update icao.txt in your wxRE folder for Bermuda by adding the line I posted above.KP
