August 20, 200421 yr Commercial Member Hello everyone,We received some recent inquiries about compatibility with these two add-ons...Here's the scoop: There were some potential problems long ago with older FSUIPC and AS builds, but this has long since been addressed and to date there are NO KNOWN ISSUES between them.We have also confirmed this directly with PMDG.HiFi Simulation Software feels that the PMDG aircraft are significantly advanced and offer the highest level of realism possible within FS2004. We feel the same about our AS2004.5 product, and together, these two platforms compliment each other quite nicely.Hope that clears the air a bit! Thanks all, Damian ClarkHiFi Simulation Technologies
August 20, 200421 yr These two Flightsim addons have never not flown together since their release on my computer. Never had any trouble with this combo. :-)Willhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpg
August 20, 200421 yr I totally agree with Will, I have had them both from the very start and have never had a problem either. Build 140 work flawless with the PMDG 737NGCheersBob
August 20, 200421 yr Hi GuysSame here, I think these to products work well together, Infact excellent.I can even go further and say, that I fly nothing else than PMDG and PSS and ALWAYS use AS2004 and I just love the way these products interact.Damian this product has grown from strenght to strenght and it is my opinion that I can say this is propably the best value for money I have EVER spent on and FS Add-on along side my PMDG and PSS Planes. So just a BIG thank you to you and your team.WELL DONE!!!!!!Kind RegardsJannier Regards Jannie Roelofse Flight1 Software Project Manager
August 20, 200421 yr I hardly ever fly without ActiveSky. And I do most of my "serious" flying with the PDMG 737NG. I've never encountered any problems that I could trace directly to that combination. And as of late I've had no problems at all. Things are almost too perfect now...
August 22, 200421 yr Pleased to announce that it appears my crash problem has disappeared. i now suspect it was something to do with a key combination for a passenger window view I have in the PMDG's 737s. I am back in the cockpit and have just completed a real time flight Brisbane to Darwin. Thanks to all the people who have posted comments.Paul
August 23, 200421 yr Commercial Member Absolutely agreed here - I used AS2004 for a lot of my beta testing on the NG and will do so with the 747-400 as well - PMDG and HiFi are both top-class developers!Ryan Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
