November 2, 200619 yr it blinking well is Dennis, I will call them again and see what they have to say for themselves.I don't know, talk about the right hand and left hand !
November 2, 200619 yr Steve and Edmundo,First off Steve, I did what you said about the spoilers and it is working. Thanks alot!!! Now I just have to reset everything, thanks to a ^&^*%&** virus attack. Had a mix of malware and trojans and some kind of other virus get in my rig, 33 of them all together. So I had to completely restore my rig. Which fixed a couple of problems I was having. Like not being able to d/l weather, FS crashing halfway thru a flight and a few other various problems. Now the only problem I am having is my A/P keeps turning off, but I think I know what that is. I have my null and dead zones at 0, so I'm getting a little vibration in the controls shutting the A/P off. Now Edmundo, I recall you saying you had the spoiler problem worked out?If not, scroll back up and do what Steve said to do, it works great. Just set a little bit of a dead zone on the Properties panel for the X52.
November 3, 200619 yr Hi Hayden and Steve,Thanks for the tip on the spoilers. Will give it a try.If I understood it OK, the assignment will be done inside FS9, not using the X52 software. Even so will be possible to adjust the dead zone for that axis in the properties panel for the X52? It seems it is, according to Steve... will have to try it later! Thanks to both of you!RegardsEdmundo Edmundo Azevedo
November 3, 200619 yr Hi (again)Hayden and Steve,I tried your tip for the spoilers (assignment to the throttle slider) but couldn Edmundo Azevedo
November 4, 200619 yr Hi Edmundo,I'm taking it that you assigned the slider as the spoiler axis, and after moving the slider when telling FS9 what you wanted to use, it showed up, or accepted the selection, you know, the same as if you wanted to change an assignment, it asks you to press or select the appropriate button, and if it accepts it then it goes away, after you have done this, click on the OK button to exit the assignments screen, then click on the alt > options > Sensitivities selection, and below the elevators and ailerons you should see the spoiler assignment slider, but, because you have only just assigned the slider as the spoiler, you must set a sensitivity to it.by default the sensitivity slider bar will be at zero, so drag it to the right, and bobs your uncle, let us know how you get on.
