September 9, 200817 yr Yeah, me neither! I will try to wait as long as possible. If the x2 would fly as it were, I'd go for it as I think it would keep me till the next whole machine redo, which is years out, plus I could still Crossfire them if it turned out to be a good thing down the road a couple of years.QX9650 w/ Retail HSF|ASUS P5E3 Premium WiFi|4GB Muskin Ascent 7-6-6-18 1T DDR3-1600|EVGA 8800GT|Seagate SATA 2 x 2|Seagate Cheetah 15K.x|XP Pro SP2|Vista 64--maybe never to be installed Noel System: 9900X3D Noctua NH-D15 G2, MSI Pro 650-P WiFi, G.SKILL 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6000, WD NVMe 2Tb x 1, Sabrent NVMe 2Tb x 1, RTX 4090 FE, Corsair RM1000W PSU, Win11 Home, LG Ultra Curved Gsync Ultimate 3440x1440, Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case, TCA Boeing Edition Yoke & TQ, Cessna Trim Wheel, RTSS Framerate Limiter w/ Front Edge Sync. September 9, 200817 yr The report djt01 gave you above is what I am hearing too however the number of reports I have seen is very low since the card is so new.I do think the x2 will improve with drivers but I can not say if it will improve in FSX or not at this point.. too soonRight now it can not trump the Ultra in FSX where the 280, in which I am getting the info from more than just a few sources, can using the latest beta driverThe problem with the ATi 3000 series cards was they had a design flaw that the FSX application design highlighted, TMU
