December 17, 200718 yr I Installed FSX SP2 without a hitch, but now none of my GoFlight modules will communicate with FSX, even though I see the software prompt when FSX starts and they do come on when it loads. Any ideas? Is this a SimConnect issue? Do I need to run the repair utility from the FSX CD?Thanks In Advance,http://www.my-buddy-icon.com/Icons/objects/red_3d_plane.gifAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MD PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.

December 17, 200718 yr Author Josh, I'm not sure what you're trying to tell me here, sorry. Are you suggesting just try and restart? That doesn't do it. It's a consistent problem now.http://www.my-buddy-icon.com/Icons/objects/red_3d_plane.gifAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MD PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.
December 18, 200718 yr Alex, I had a similar issue with FSX. I had to manually start the Go-Flight software before FSX. Then it might or might not work? go figure?I built a new computer reloaded all the software and now everything works. Knock on wood! From the answers I got here, I think it is a Simconnect problem. However, I don't know enough about SimConnect to say for sure.P.S. You might want to search for my thread. It was about two-three months ago. Maybe the answers will help you? December 18, 200718 yr Author John-Thanks for your reply. I got it working again. Apparently it was just some temporary glitch that resolved after rebooting and restarting fresh the next day - who knows with the strange moody beast that is flightsimulator!Regards,http://www.my-buddy-icon.com/Icons/objects/red_3d_plane.gifAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MD PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.
