It's a no brainer for the price...if you can find one. It has 180+ reviews and a 4-star rating. The Gigabyte P35-DS3L has 800+ reviews and a 5-star rating. Take a look at that one to see if it fits your specific needs.

If your going to use a Matrox Triple Head, you most definitely want the 8800GTX. You may also want to consider and ATI 3870X2.

If you don't mind spending $600, you can buy the newly released GeForce 9800 GX2. I would ask about that though, and see if it's worth it.The performance of the card itself is 30% to 50% better than the 8800 Ultra.

I can't find this card in Canada yet, already the 8800 GTX is hard to find, so I had to look for the ATI 3870 x2.However I looked at some comparison of the ATI 3870 x2 and the 8800GTS and it is not that big of a difference. FPS wise but for the $ it is huge.I think I will go for a bit less then the GTX the GTS can perhaps do the job.walouigi

*9800 GX2* and 8800 Ultra. The 9800 GX2 is about $200 cheaper than 8800 Ultra but gives only a few more FPS.http://www.tomshardware.com/2008/03/18/nvi...view/page6.html
