How do I monitor the CPU and graphics board temperature while using FSX?

I have never noticed FSX over-heating any components.

Thank you Captain. I can see the temp rise as FSX replays a 60 sec saved flight sequence. McCrash the reason I asked is I can smell the computer when running FSX. You know, that smell electronics makes when hot. That brings another question, how hot can a processor get before damage is done?
