I am having hardware issues. Baton back at UIII

Trying again. For some reason while in the PMDG 747 I had multiple crashes where the system rebooted. I think this is related to my Windows install and my Sound card. A week ago I realized I was only getting the front channels and when I tried to go into0 the speaker settings, it said there was no soundcard installed.
