FSCrew not responding at all

I previously had PMDG737NG and FSCrew installed and all worked fine. I have today installed the PMDG737-800/900 and re-installed FSCrew plus the 800/900 upgrades 1-3.Although all seemed to install OK, when loading the aircraft the various pop-ups to FSCrew appear and disappear as normal, but then none of the icons [C][A][P].etc.. work, and FSCrew will not start.I have uninstalled completely and re-installed but no joy.Can anyone give me some advice as to what may be causing this problem.Best regards,Stuart Hyett

Hello Stuart,You mean the CPAL icons don't work?If that's the case then you need to re-install FS2Crew via the "Re-Install" button found on the original credit card payment screen.That will re-generate your license, which is machine bound to your computer.I'm guessing here that you formatted your hard drive or changed your hardware configuration.Pls advise,Bryan

Yes I do mean the CPAL icons.I have not reformatted my hard drive, nor changed any hardware configuration, so why would I need to generate a new licence key? It was just that, having installed PMDG737 800/900 upgrade, I thought that I would need to uninstall/reinstall FS2Crew so that the various panel.cfg's would be correctly updated.Is it not possible to reinstall from the FS2Crew SA Setup.exe originally purchased as download? Where does one find the "Re-Install" button that you speak of?I am confused?Look forward to your advice,Regards,Stuart Hyett

Hello Stuart,I'm not sure exactly what happened. But if your CPAL button doesn't work then you have a license problem.Easiest solution is to just do a complete re-install of FS2Crew and get your Flight1 license regenerated.The "Re-Install" button is found on the same screen you entered your credit card info to pay for FS2Crew.You'll have to double click the .exe file you downloaded from the FS2Crew website to access it.All the best,Bryan
