Unfortunately due to time constraints i usually start my flight without cold and dark, can i use fs2crew starting from engines running etc or do i have to go through all the start up proceedures etc?Paul.

You can start cold&dark / ready for push / ready for takeoff / top of descent.Manual page 17 onwards :-)
