Hello James,Perhaps a simple engine fire. Maybe, but it would probably be non-free update. The difficulty in doing failures such as this is that to do them properly is huge undertaking. It's a lot more complex than just having the FO saying "Engine fire". There is a complex set of crew actions involved, numerous radio calls to ATC and company ops, dialogues with the cabin crew... it's extremely involved and it's the kind of thing that appeals to a very small percentage of the users.Cheers,Bryan
