PMDG 747, Passenger and Freighter??

Featured Replies

Good day.I just wanted to ask, if the upcoming FS2Crew 747 version will cater to both the Pax and freight versions??I havent seen any info on that. It would be a little embarassing to be pretending to haul tonnes of cargo and hear cabin anouncements etc......Thanks in advance.Golli.

I was wondering about this myself. I can't remember the last time I flew the passenger version. Fitz

As it stands it's pax only at this point because I only have the info available to properly model full pax ops.Do you know anyone who flies a freighter? However, adding a switch to disable the FA cabin announcements, etc., shouldn't be a problem. Whether this functionality is included in the first release I don't know at this point. Chrs,Bryan

The 'switch' sounds just right. The freighter version is a pretty popular aircraft from all accounts, if I'm reading the PMDG forum correctly, so the 'switch' would be very welcome by many. Hopefully, it can be incorporated into the software at some point down the road. Either way, it's a must buy for me. Fitz

I actually have flown the cargo expansion only once, right after buying it, what a waste, I just couldn't help myself but order it. It looked great but just don't have time to fly everything that I have. Anyways, not a big nut of the cargo so I don't reall know it but aren't the procedures way different than the pax version? Just curious !!! Other than that, for a start, a switch would be great
