Calling leveld767 and pimgee 744 owners!! Oh Oh

Recommended Posts

Just curious as to how much a performance hit will the pimgee 744 have as to the leveld Im almost positive this has been asked before but i cant seem to find it.IM also not wanting to compare these 2 products in any way im just trying to get an idea of how much the complex systems on the PMDG will have an effect on fpsThanks alot

I don't have any frame rate numbers for you, but my perception is that the PMDG hits my PC harder than the LevelD, and more so if I pop up any of the PFD/EFIS gauges. I reckon it's maybe 10-15% harder on my frames, but that's a feel number rather than hard data.

That's perfect, I didnt really need hard numbers but what you gave gives me a good idea of what to expect. Thank you much

PMDG 744 hits a bit harder when using the VC. Not much difference in the 2d panel, though. If you can run the LDS 767 with good frame rates, the pmdg should work aswell. Also, the PMDG allows you to fine-tune the refresh rate for the complex glass gauges for both the 2d panel and the VC with separate settings.
