May 9, 200719 yr Hey,i have a question, i recently installed UT Europe + GE + FSGenesis Euro Mesh 76m. And in my opinion the mesh looks kinda low detailed, and i want to know if its normal or if i made something wrong.I attached some pics, the 1st und the 3rd are without FSGenesis und the 2nd and 4th are with FSG installed.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/171443.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/171444.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/171445.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/171446.jpgthx in advace
May 9, 200719 yr Are you sure it's runing, activated in it's own scenery folder at the bottom of your scenery list below your landclass and addons ?I've never been a real fan of FSGenesis Mesh, as much as people rave about it.I run a freeware European Mesh off the library here. It's by a chap call Yohann Baptiste and in my opinion it's miles better than FSGenesis. May 10, 200719 yr Have you contacted Justin over at FSGenesis? He might be able to help you. Sometimes the order of the scenery within FS9 can affect what you see. May 11, 200719 yr I wonder if the original poster might expect too much from 76m mesh? There's also a setting in FS9.cfg to activate higher rez meshes, but I'm not at my station atm.
May 11, 200719 yr That's a huge difference. Now go download some of the free 38M or 19M and see another huge difference. There are all kinds of ridges in your "after" shots that are non existent in the "before" shots.
