Are there no good resources for areas outside USA? This site like flightaware.com and for example Simplates are mainly focused on USA.

If you're looking for charts outside of the USA, one way to go is to check the Region section on the VATSIM page.A lot of individual VATSIM member countries have links to charts that are specific to their country on their homepage's.http://vatsim.net/Charts,Bryan
