February 13, 200818 yr Hey guys,Quick question.I Have FS09 installed on my PC. Is it possible to also install FSX and keep my FS09 the way it is with out messing everything up? I want to install FSX because it has a very nice multiplayer function and since im studying at a Flight Academy now its a nice way to practise my RT with my class mates!Let me know.cheersNick
February 13, 200818 yr Hi Nick,I have not had any problems with both FS9 and FSX installed on the same HD. I now have installed on an external USB drive since my C:drive became overloaded.Carl Carl PC AMD Ryzen R7-5700G (8-Core) processor), AMD Radeon RX 6600 Graphics 8GB/ 2TB HD + 500GB SSD, 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, Win11 _____________________________________________________________________________________
February 13, 200818 yr I also have FSX plus SP1 & 2 installed on the same HD as FS9 without any problems at all. I tend to use FS9 for complex addons and airliner flights because it all just works, FSX for low and slow - in my case that means 'hardly ever' ;-) Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)
