Asa And Fex In Fs9

Featured Replies

Hi guys,I never though I would be lucky enough to see an upgrade for FS9! Thanks :( One question however, as I am a luddite, and refuse to infect my computer with FSX,..........- Which textures should I be using to generate clouds in FS9?I have used ASG up until now (with AS6.5) and have been fairly happy. Then I see someone who has used FEX cloud textures with FS9 http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=235941and the results are fantastic. Is anyone else using FEX with FS9 (without having installed FSX) and if so, is it user friendly combined with ASA, and how do I do it all :( Thanks,,Neil

Installed the Freeware FS9 REX bit,No new clouds but lots of extra textures.......but..............Flying from LEIB to LFML I got my first OOM error ever in FS9.And to make it worse, even though I backed up all the textures using the REX backup button, I can't find a way of reinstalling the original textures!
