  1. Air running through packs could be the culprit, from full power - 0.8%, fixed derate - 0.7%, assumed temp. - 0.6% difference. If air isn't running through packs an increase in N1 limit is displayed moving pack switches; otherwise if air is running the bleed switch change the N1 (maybe also pack if isolation set to close).
  2. I can agree with BillC, also if the vroute flightplan represents the plan that dispatcher sends to ATC. This said, a CFMU validated plan (like those of vroute) contain often level changes required as example by RAD and CDR to avoid "forbidden route" messages or to comply with odd-even cruise levels required by the airway or shifted-standard cruise levels. A detailed flight plan with step climbs for wind is provided to the crew, especially on long routes.
  3. You are welcome. Moreover, from IFPS: "Changes to speed/level shall be specified at each point at which either a change of speed and/or level is planned to commence." Have a nice flight.
  4. From PANS-ATM (ICAO doc. 4444): "The point at which a change of speed (5% TAS or 0.01 Mach or more) or a change of level is planned, expressed exactly as in (2) above, followed by an oblique stroke and both the cruising speed and the cruising level, expressed exactly as in (a) and (b) above, without a space between them, even when only one of these quantities will be changed. Examples: LN/N0284A045 MAY/N0305Fl80 HADDY/N0420F330 4602N07805W/N0500F350 46N078W/M082F330 DUB180040/N0350M0840" Regards
  5. This time "he" behaves correctly... :Applause: (I have experienced this behaviour four times)
  6. Hi all guys, after v1.5 FO is missing the first item of the preflight checklist: he doesn't say "oxygen" anymore; but if I say "Tested and 100%" he continues correctly the checklist. What could cause this little glitch? Thank you! Alessandro Panzacchi
  7. Hi all, if my memory serves me correctly, in some countries an ATC "climb to..." instruction replaces SID altitude constraints and in some others not. Be careful. Anyway, no problems with RC .
  8. Hello guys, congratulations to Bryan for this tremedous piece of software. This strange behaviour also happened to me two days ago, associated with the missing of the VC clickspot (to open FS2Crew interface). The cause was the Performance Manager of the NGX, more in detail: in my configuration, FS2Crew was enabled in the panel.cfg and the Performance Manager, upon start-up, advised me that there was a problem about the screens resolution. I pressed ok in order to solve the issue and, after the start-up of FSX, FS2Crew VC clickspot disappeared and many "Are you sure about that" ecc. glitches appeared. So I disabled FS2Crew from panel.cfg and restored that one backed-up by Fs2Crew. The Performance Manager started without any issue message and all three green ticks were in position. Then I enabled FS2Crew and again Performance Manager prompted me to resolve a configuration problem (only two of the three ticks were in place), I cancelled the proposed action. To test this, I disabled FS2Crew and restarted Performance Manager that didn't recognize any problem. Now I run a perfecly running FS2Crew with the VC clickspot operating and, in my opinion, perfect hi-res displays aswell. Feel free to ask for clarifications. Happy flights. Alessandro Panzacchi
  9. Hi,Radar Contact and an ACARS program running in every flight.I don't know if time sync in FSUIPC is on or off, the only thing related to time that i know is the enabled "Force to Real Time" in ASE.Thank you.
