January 13, 200917 yr Good morning gentlemen,I am trying to purchase an extended download protection service for the 747-400, but everytime I go into the online store and load up my basket when I go to checkout I get a message saying my basket is empty. I've tried it on two different PCs with the same result. I am using the link under SHOP/Extended Download Service when I get the error. I tried purchasing the MD 11 Ext Download from the Featured Products Page to see if that worked and it did work. I would appreciate it if someone could help me get set so I can download the 747-400 again. Thnx!! Another quick question, which updates are included in the download, or will I have to install all my updates again. Thanks for the help!!Richard Bansa
