January 17, 200917 yr Further to JD's reply,if you listen to Live ATC on the web(www.liveatc.net) you can hear the difference in the real world.Try any "tower" frequency in the USA and compare it with a "tower" frequency in Europe for example.RC4 seems to have it right!
January 17, 200917 yr You will find RC5 will have further phraseology distinction between FAA and ICAO standards. One of our beta group controllers informed us that the FAA is progressing toward more integration of ICAO standards by adapting their current ones.
