January 21, 200917 yr Wilco just release and update to Vol1 and 2. From what I have read it is pretty significant in that the hydraulics were not operating properly on the panel etc etc etc. Just wanted to find out if it is going to require an update for FS2Crew?Don Brashears

January 22, 200917 yr Author Hi Don,This is the first I've heard of that update.Do you know if it over-writes the panel.cfg files? Cheers,Yes it does Wilco's usual and overwrites the aircraft and panel files.Don Brashears
January 23, 200917 yr Commercial Member Don, thanks for letting me know. Can you please do me a favor? Can you please send me a few of the new panel.cfg's.email: [email protected] is a good chance that the with the update, the panel.cfgs are fundamentally unchanged from before (even though the update overwrote them). If that is the case, you would simply need to open the FS2Crew Start center, and cycle the Restore/Enable Panel CFG button re-implement the FS2Crew modified panel.cfg. January 23, 200917 yr Bryan, nothing has changed in the panel.cfg. It's only the gauge files that are new, so it's just to reassign fs2crew keyboard commands in the start center after the reinstall, and everything is fine. Rune B.

There would be no need to change the panel.cfg's themselves as the Airbus Update appears to have just addressed internal gauge code. So, Rune, basically all you did was cycle the "Panel Restore" button in the FS2Crew Start Center (click it twice basically), and then re-save the FS2Crew buttons in the Start Center, and then all was ok.Cheers, B.
