On the SimMarket pages they have prices list without VAT, what is VAT? (or what does VAT stand for?) I haven't bought anything from SimMarket in a while and I don't remember.

Value Added Tax. The amount differs depending on where you're purchasing from. In the UK, it's currently 15%. Other countries will have different values.
