FS Crew FO duties

Featured Replies

Hi there, I am liking this software and before purchase was wondering if you can customise the FO's duties? Does he actually press buttons / flick switches? If so, can you edit exactly what duties he carries out? Thanks, Keith.

Hello Keith,The FO can press buttons and switches, etc. However, they are hard-coded though. You cannot edit what he does.In the 747 version of FS2Crew, we modeled the crew actions based on the SOPs from a real-world 747 operator. So what you'll see in the simulation is a close approximation of the way it's done at one particular airline.Cheers,

Understood, thanks. At the moment I am following the PMDG type rating course, startup, and the duties between the 2 (capt / fo) are not clearly defined. Do you supply the capt's checklists, and at what stage they are completed in order to stay in sync with the virtual FO? Thanks.
