MD-11(FSX) Installer Validation Problem

I just made the switch to FSX and purchased the 744X and the MD-11X. I disabled the firewall in vista and the 744 installed with no problems but the MD-11 installer would not validate the order id number.After i tried the copy/paste method a few times, i typed in the number with no luck.Any help would be appreciated!Alex

I've had a similar problem and am working with PMDG support. That's the only way you're going to get anything resolved when it comes to validation. Just send an email to [email protected] and they'll get back to you within a day or two at the most, they're very good at that.Paul

If the 744 installs but the MD-11 doesn't, that indicates a problem at the licensing level, not server connection/firewall etc since they use the exact same validation routine. Definitely contact support via email...
