May 3, 200917 yr I've had this the week before!!! It happened when I changed the Cloud coverage density! I think that when I went from Very high to High I constantly got double clouds too. Setting it to Very high again solved it for me. Don't know (nor think) this is something I can reproduce at will, but maybe your problem is solved too by choosing another Cloud coverage density setting!
