Hi,You didn't try manually moving any files or folders around by chance? To see if the voices installed correctly, please go into this folder:Root FS/Sounds/FS2Crew/MD11If the sounds didn't install, there is a chance your FS registry is damaged (a common issue), and this would result in the FS2Crew voice swap utility being unable to locate the where the original FS2Crew sounds are. Please advise.Best,

Hi Dave,Your registry is fine. Your FS is installed in the default location? You didn't move folders around or try copying the main FS folder to a different location?I have to ask, because I've had users who have copied and pasted their entire FS folder to a different location, and naturally that bungles things up.Your situation is very odd (in fact it makes no sense) because FS2Crew MD-11 reads all the sounds from the folder you just checked. And the folder you just checked was full of UK sounds. So FS2Crew can only load UK accented sound files.Try re-booting your computer. If for some reason, you're still experiencing this, I'd need to see your computer. We can use a Remote Desktop so I can take a peek.Cheers,

Hi sorry for delay...Ive just reinstalled fsx and fs2crew with all updates and uk voices. After starting fsx/md11 voices are original usa.Do i need to load a particular situation for uk voices to work or should they work just going directly to an airport-runway?CheersDave

Hi Dave,When you press "Install UK voices" in the Start Center, it physically swaps the US voices with the UK voices. Why it's not doing that for you I don't know. Please email at [email protected] we can set up a remote desktop so I can see what's happening.Best,
