So if these things are true . . . "You got to be kidding me with this online store. Seven attempts to download the first Core Data File only to be met with seven different amounts of data.. . . Just a heads-up if your looking to purchase this add-on, you will have to deal with the FlightSimStore, a company that has been unable to deliver one complete file to me.. . .I do not want to give this company extra cash for a CD/DVD because they are unable to give me what I paid for.. . . This incident is nothing more to me than warning others of the problems I am having with the Flight Sim Store, this has nothing to do with REX."But yet you make this statement only ONE DAY LATER than your original post . . . "REX is installed and ready for use. The staff of REX and FSS did an outstanding job in helping me get this product downloaded and installed. Despite my initial trouble in getting this product, I would gladly do business with these gentlemen again. Then it must be true that you exercised very limited patience and tact in allowing the FlightSimStore a reasonable chance to help you out before coming here to post your "heads up".The whole point I was trying to make is that we should all be a little bit more accomodating and patient when dealing with those who create and distribute the very products we like to purchase and enjoy. Especially the "professionals" here who are called on to exercise patience, tactfulness, and other than a negative knee-jerk reaction when things don't go as expected.Case in point: Mike received his purchased product less than 48 hours after he purchased it regardless of the difficulties he encountered. That is not an unreasonable amount of time give the complexities of electronic transfers, hardware configurations, download software/managers compatibility, myriad isp's and their hardware configurations/intermittent problems, etc, etc, etc.Coming here to try and get an unresponsive vendor's attention with a post is one thing. Warning others of uncaring vendors and software developers is another. But how about we all give the people who create and provide us with the products we like a fair chance before we hang them out to dry with a "heads up" post here at AVSIM?Enjoy REX and your new rig Mike. Somehow, I knew it was going to turn out this way . . . :(
