could go back further too, but from my standpoint the fs8 - fs9 change in sky was truly drastic. i happily chucked fs8 just for that. wow, this is going backdid I buy it?yes, I did - 8 months after its initial public release.why? - a few of the payware aircraft I was interested in purchasing were developed for the FS9 package. Also, RC was updated with some much needed commands, which also required FS9.a few other thoughts:my assumption on 'interactive VC' was wrong, MS did a great job in this areamy assumption on 'taxiway signs' was wrong, MS did a reasonable job in this areaas for the other comments, I dont know - I think they still hold some water so to speak.eitherway, thanks for digging this up, it is a real blast from the past. :-)
