As I recall you require two installs from the same master exe, one in a different folder such as RC4x. You need to install the latest version of make runways.exe in your FS9 and FSX folders. Get the current version of FSUIPC, 3 for FS9 and 4 for FSX. The links are pinned at the forum head.See the 4.3 release topic at the forum head.In the RC4 folder and again in the RC4x folder. Run the scenery database builder for each version. Notice that you will be requested each time to enter your full path to each version of FS. In each version you will also be required to set the path for your stored .pln and .wxr files.I think you are missing scenery data compatible with FSX and that must be in the separate folder you created for RC4x.You can not use the same RC4 working folder for both versions. Your key should work for both installs. You can see the install here:http://jdtllc.com/quickstart.htmNote that the version of the sim is requested a few steps down. Also where it requests the folder to install to modify it for your second install for FSX. Also do not install advdisplay.dll. That function is now built in to the later versions of FSUIPC for both sims.

verify you have 4.3 - prior versions can't read fsx .pln filesand you should have a 4.3 directrory, where you run rcv4.exe for fs9and a rcv43x directory, where you run the rcv4.exe for fsxyou have to run the "rc scenery database rebuild" for fs9, using the rcv4.exe from rcv43 directory, and the rebuild for fsx by running rcv4.exe from the rcv43 directory. two different databases, one for each fs versionjd
