July 3, 200916 yr I spent two great holidays in Vermont & New York State, and enjoy flying the very accurate add-on scenery you guys out there have made available. However I have a problem with the Winooski River as you can see from the photo. I have tried every combination swapping stuff around but to now avail, anyone got any ideas what the cause is, I'd be grateful for your help. It's no big deal, but everywhere else the scenery seems perfect (except just over the USA/Can border) and it would look great to have the Burlington area correct. FS9 with update, UT USA, Fscene, FS Genesis, vt_airports 04.Cheers, Echofox

Of course it could be related to one of the other enhancements you list but I would check UT USA first.
July 3, 200916 yr Author Hi David, Thank you for your fast response , I have just tried the default again and as you say the problem goes away only to introduce the default fault in that big lake. I have just looked at a map of the area, there is a pond, maybe a Texas pond? It does look like a UT fault, but I wonder why only in this small area.Maybe best thing to do is take-off in daylight and land in the dark. Won't see it that way! Regards Grant "Echofox"
July 3, 200916 yr Author "Opa", This is as you suggest, an Ultimate Terrain problem, it would be interesting to hear if anyone else has come across it. It can be fixed but in doing so it adds other problems, e.g. reducing other textures, so for now I will have to live with it, or night fly. "Happy 4th July" Grant
July 6, 200916 yr Author Thanks Scott for your interest, this is a truer representation of the river at KBTV. I have tried all combinations of settings to try to get this, including deactivating all add on scenery folders etc, but the "bug" is still there. UT gives a better representation of the lake shoreline and the railroad tracks so it looks as though I am stuck with the "flood". Opa's reply seems to be correct in it being a UT fault so I will try and persue this. Also Brian Gladden's KBTV addon is a very good enhancement (vt_airports04) as are KALB and KGFL. true to the real thing. it's only the damn Winooski that's the problem ! Cheers
