July 9, 200916 yr I have confidence that they are actually doing something behind the scenes and making progress. I might just be too wrapped around the axle over little things like old dates. Believe me, if everyone was waiting for me to finish the Beechjet 400 I started with FSDS about 6 years ago, you would still be waiting today. Then you would be upset once you did get your hands on it. That's why I would rather just get a surprise once it is finished. So for laughs I only fly about 1 out of every 10 payware planes I ever buy. It's almost like an addiction or something. I see all these pretty pictures and forum discussions and the "coming June 1st" Then I buy the thing based on screen shots, check it out to see the panels and hear the sounds and take off once or twice, and never fly again because something better is just about to come out and it's the plane I've been waiting for since FS5.0 and on and on again. :( KeithOh god, I thought I was the only one here :-P Because I seem to be like you in all respects you mention here. I also have a crapload of payware planes, of which I tend to mostly fly the LDS767. the CS757, Overland aircraft, CLSA300/A310, ATR72-500, Aerosim B747/737/727, CS707, Ariane 737-700, Dreamfleet B727 and Vcol F50 are currently parked in their respective hangars. Though I admit: I also want to make long flights, but most of thes eplanes don't have a way to save the panel state, and so it doesn't really work out. I suppose I should try the DF727 and CS707, though, since these don't really have any complicated systems (god bless old aircraft!). Same goes for the CLS A300/A310. Imagine, I still want to buy the PMDG747 and once the PMDG 737NG2.0 comes out I want that one too.And then, that other point: I create scenarios for this oldschool game called Blades of Avernum. I'm currently doing 3 scenarios, of which one was started probably 3 years back, if not more. People stopped waiting for that one too... However, the systems themselves are far easier to understand than modern day systems, like the FMC.
