July 7, 200916 yr I know that the Next Level Simulation team is developing an A380, and an A300B4-200 which is almost ready for release, but during the last few weeks, every time i visited their website, their forum seemed to be gone. Anybody know what's happening? Regards, C Schaffhausen
July 7, 200916 yr Hey there!Everything is going well here... sorry for the long delays with the website. We encountered some increasing spam related problems during the recent time, thats why we shut the forum down for now. But it will go back online as soon as the new website is done. I know, it was planned for last week, but the guy who does all the flash programming for it is unable to finish it before the mid/end of this week.We will be showing a couple of new screenshots from the A380 there as well. Stay tuned :)Best wishes from Munich,OliNext Level Simulations

July 8, 200916 yr I've been watching for the A300. It is my opinion alone that Flight Sim has been long overdue for a solid A300 with detailed simulated systems. I would almost rather have no warning prior to the release instead of the coming soon-itis I always get checking a developers website everyday. I would almost always anticipate delays for one reason or another and these are not always the developer's fault. The only thing I would ask as a courtesy to perspective customers is that if an advertised date passes then take that date off the website. Everyone has real world things to do and personal lives so if there are delays, that is perfectly fine with me, but please update the screen that says something is coming on June 1st with "pending release tbd" or something that let's the view know you have a little interest in what you are advertising. KeithI also agree, A good A300 is way over due, also my opinion we need a good payware DC-8 also, there's decent freeware of the dc-8 and there's also aerosims payware version thats not really that great.

DC-8, I couldn't agree more. When I was growing up I couldn't understand why my friends liked a plane that was so long and skinny. I guess it sort of grew on me too.Keith Keith Guillory
July 8, 200916 yr Author For the A320, we've got the airsimmers!! (Although their project seems time consuming.............)Hope that they can release a PMDG quality Airbus. Regards, C Schaffhausen
July 8, 200916 yr For the A320, we've got the airsimmers!! (Although their project seems time consuming.............)Hope that they can release a PMDG quality Airbus.Time consuming is accurate. They began in 2006 and the latest updates were in May. However, it doesn't appear that they are boldly advertising any sort of release date. I am in favor of this approach. I would be happy to login to Avsim one morning and see link to the finish product's website. Too bad they didn't capture the A300 and A310 with cargo variants.Keith Keith Guillory
July 8, 200916 yr They began in 2006 and the latest updates were in May.Their June update was published on 29 June. Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)

July 8, 200916 yr The June update wasn't an update at all....Very true from our perspectives. But it was their update published in June :( Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)
July 9, 200916 yr Very true from our perspectives. But it was their update published in June :(I have confidence that they are actually doing something behind the scenes and making progress. I might just be too wrapped around the axle over little things like old dates. Believe me, if everyone was waiting for me to finish the Beechjet 400 I started with FSDS about 6 years ago, you would still be waiting today. Then you would be upset once you did get your hands on it. That's why I would rather just get a surprise once it is finished. So for laughs I only fly about 1 out of every 10 payware planes I ever buy. It's almost like an addiction or something. I see all these pretty pictures and forum discussions and the "coming June 1st" Then I buy the thing based on screen shots, check it out to see the panels and hear the sounds and take off once or twice, and never fly again because something better is just about to come out and it's the plane I've been waiting for since FS5.0 and on and on again. :( Keith Keith Guillory
