July 8, 200916 yr Just wondering does anyone use FS Autostart with FSX? I used it with FS9 and it worked great. If so, what is the latest version and where do I get it?? Thanks. Tom
July 8, 200916 yr The latest version of FSAutostart is now slight different and is called AlacrityPC. Check out the website for more info:http://alacritypc.kensalter.com/ Joel Murray @ CYVR (actually, somewhere about halfway between CYNJ and CZBB)

TomYou might also look into using the fps limiter startup application. Search in this forum..I now start up FSX with the fps limiter set to 24, and FSX itself set to unlimited fps.Totally happy with [email protected] WinXP 2 GB PC800 RAM 9600GT 512 MB Bert
July 8, 200916 yr Sorry to hijack the thread, but ditto that on FPS Limiter. I've set mine at 30 and have had no problems. Joel Murray @ CYVR (actually, somewhere about halfway between CYNJ and CZBB)

I think I finally found the right file (FPS_limiter_0.2rar.) Could you please tell me how to set this up. Does it need to be unzipped? Is it an auto install? I don't want to screw things up. Regards, Tom
July 9, 200916 yr It is similar to a zip file but in RAR format. You need to de-compress it and can use the trial version of WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com/) to do so.Also, if I remember correctly, it doesn't auto-install, and it isn't immediately obvious how to set it up. You should, however, be able to figure it out. If not, don't hesitate to ask.... Joel Murray @ CYVR (actually, somewhere about halfway between CYNJ and CZBB)
