July 10, 200916 yr Done all of the above. Uninstalled, reinstalled, washed the transponder thing, upated, still giving me a pain in the butt! Also the heads under show the anomalies.Go to your profile, select "edit", and check that you have "track-clip-pro" checked. I think that the profiles have "vector..." set as default.Bruce. July 10, 200916 yr Another tip, the distance between the IR camera and your head is important. Most people place the camera on the monitor, which is usually within arms reach, but that is not always the best position for it. Try increasing the distance. I have mine on a shelf above and behind the monitor maybe a third again further away than the monitor. But then I'm using the TrackIR3, which has a narrower viewing angle than the newer units.Give it a try anyway...Cheers,Noel. 11th Gen i9-11900K @ 3.5GHz | nVidia GeForce RTX 3080 | Corsair 64 GB RAM | Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB | Asus 27" RoG G-Sync Track IR5 | Thrustmaster Warthog | CH Products Pedals
July 10, 200916 yr Hi,I will head of to their forums. I know what to do when I switch the configuration between Vector and TrackClip Pro. I may be my system as in the TrackIR hardware since I'm doing what the support says, but ever since I've got it, it's been playing on me! I will post a video on youtube soon to demonstrate the problems I'm having.Cheers!
July 12, 200916 yr FWIW there's a thread on their forums that resulted in a conclusion that the Track Clip Pro was leaking infrared resulting in the receiver seeing more spots of light than the program could track. The solution was to send the Track Clip Pro back for a replacement. The thread may have been started by one of you but just in case thought I'd post it here.
