July 22, 200916 yr I've sent a couple of emails regarding reactivation of my MD-11, and have not had the usual auto response. Is everything working, or should I do something else? Thanks Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)
July 22, 200916 yr Dougal,I spent all day yesterday trying to get an auto-response using two completely different email accounts - both of which were sending and receiving without problems. {See my post below}Having seen the number of similar problems on this forum, today I re-activated an old account not used for 4 years and - lo and behold - I immediately received an auto-response. So the only answer seems to be to keep trying different email accounts until you find one that PMDG will accept.I can understand the need for spam filters etc, but I am surprised that PMDG do not allow the email address used to purchase their products - surely a simple way of ensuring the bona fides of a support request?RegardsJohn Rooum
July 22, 200916 yr Author As I recall, the last time PMDG stopped responding to emails etc was JUST before the MD-11 launch. Here's hoping :( PS PMDG, I really would like my reactivation. I've only got a two day window of FS use.Pretty please? :( Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)
August 2, 200916 yr Did you ever get a response from PDMG, i have a similar experience waiting to get a response. I am looking to get a url for an extended download purchase i made. Tried two different e-mail accounts including my yahoo.com e-mail address that I use for my PDMG account. Any expectations as to when we can expect a response.dell farnan
