July 28, 20187 yr I have searched for MSSTDFMT.DLL and it does not exist on my PC so, again, where can I safely download it from please? (The URL in the RC FAQ is dead.)

It’s part of the VB runtime file package. I would have thought it would be included in the RC install. Microsoft site is probably your best bet. I agree lots of dodgy sites best avoided.
