Totally agree Ulf. I'd like to see that link be stickied in EVERY FS forum. Would really help.I just do NOT know how Nick can take the time to handhold folks like me and others, monitor the forums, get his development work done AND take care of his personal life and business(es).Actually, I think I have it figured out - Nick Needham is NOT a real person! He's a xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx - edit: I was warned not to reveal his secret - trust me - you do NOT want to be on his bad side!!!!

This was pretty much my "bible" when I installed FS-X eight months ago. To this day, I have not had to waste time on any tweaks or changes to my FS-X install. -John

Simple: he doesn't get his development work done. :( The sneak peek of GEX Europe started at 16 may 2008 when they were 'full on into the build'. It's august 2009 now, right? Yawn... I am glad I am not waiting for it. :(

J van E,Judging from your comment you can't have read thru the thread. First: GEX isn't a one mans show. Second: GEX Europe will be of much better quality than GEX US/Canada. Third: They discovered that some of the textures used for Europe where also used in Asia, which was a challenge to fix without ruining the Asian landscape.I'm happy that Anthony and Nick do their work with Quality :( I wish that all developers avoided those premature releases.

I totaly agree about using Nick's threads and they really need to be stickied at the top of this FSX forum. That's why I keep all four of Nick's most important threads, that have helped me the most, in the last line of my signature block below.I too can't wait for GEX EUR, it'll help all my Europe addon airports a lot. :(
