August 14, 200916 yr Hi allBeen having a bit of trouble as of late. When I start FSX all is well however after say 5 minutes of running the autopilot button increments start behaving strangely! If asked by ATC to climb to say FL 80 I have to keep trying the +/- until I get it exact it usually changes incremets from 1000's back to 100's and back to 1000's! By the same token when changing heading again the increments change from 1's to 10's back again randomly! As you can appreciate this is very frustrating as I fly online it can make for some strange tracks! I think I read somewhere it may be a gauge firing issue whatever that is?Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks! Russ Bailey EGJB

Looking at the FSUIPC ini it appears to be set as you stated (FixControlAccel=Yes)It does seem strange that when I first start the sim, (parked engines off) the increments are as they should, the problem may only manifest when I start the engines?I have downloaded fsx event log gauge that will hopefully give an idea as to what happening in the background?Any help or further advice would be fantastic thanks!Have a great day Russ Bailey EGJB
August 18, 200916 yr Moderator Since the problem is limited to the VC view, it is possible that the proximate cause of the issue is with some of the embedded XML script contained in the model file itself. If this is the case, the only one who can "fix" the problem would be the original modeler of the _interior.mdl file. Fr.
