Can I programme the ATC keys?

Featured Replies

When using the default ATC windows, I use the numerals shewn above the alphabet keys on the main keyboadto communicate. Is it possible to use the NP keypad or preferably an additional usb keypad by somehow programming FSX.??I am not in any way technical so unless it is a relatively simple process I`ll give up straight away but I wouldbe very interested to learn if this can be done. The reason btw, is because using a Yoke means my keyboard is not easy to reach and a small addon usbkeypad would be ideal. Many thanksGeorge

If you have room for a mouse then you can use that to click on the options instead, and use a yoke button to toggle the ATC window open and closed.

Cheers, Andy.

With registered FSUIPC you can assign any button or key you want to "communicate" with ATC

On my Saitek yoke I have FSUIPC set up one of the rocker switches to send ATC menu 1 and 2. Takes care of most of it.scott s..
